About the Role

- Taking calls and answering questions from English and/or Spanish Speaking callers in need of customer service
• Coordinating, updating, canceling, and confirming appointments
• Engaging with a wide demographic of callers
• Servicing as an extension of the Company ( you choose ) as their representative, delivering exemplary customer service

Requirements


-No degree necessary! Past experience in remote customer service has shown to be beneficial for people providing customer service on this particular program, as the training, empathy, and knowledge really shine through.

-In order to service a client through the Arise® Platform with us you must pass a series of assessments (including a language assessment) and successfully complete a virtual certification course specific to the client requirements for the program you have selected. ( WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH PASSING )

-Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, and may include live instruction and/or self-paced work, depending on the complexity of the client program.
